The Team plan is $99 a month, flat. On Launch you pay $49.50 a month for 12 months, then $99 a month. Unlimited seats the whole way through, 10M SDK requests a month, and the price is the same whether five people use flags or fifty.

Early on you are shipping to production several times a day, often with work that is not finished yet, usually without a QA team and never with a spare afternoon for a rollback. Feature flags let you merge the unfinished thing, keep it off, and turn it on when it is ready - for one customer, for 10% of users, or for everyone.

What happens after 12 months
You move to the standard Team price of $99 a month: unlimited seats, unlimited projects and environments, 10M SDK requests a month and a 90-day audit trail. That is the whole bill. There is no per-user charge waiting for you at the end of the discount, and nothing that recalculates when you have a good quarter.
If the discount ends and Team is more than you need, you can move down to the Free plan - 5 seats, one project, two environments, unlimited flags and 1M SDK requests a month. Your flags keep serving either way.
You can try it before you apply
Every new account starts with a 14-day Business trial - release pipelines and approval workflows included, no credit card. When it ends the account moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, your flags keep serving, and anything you configured keeps working. So you can have your first flag running this afternoon and apply for Launch once you know you want to keep it.
